Prestart Consultant

New opening for a prestart consultant to join one of the leading home builders in Perth!We now have a new opportunity for an experienced Prestart Consultant to join one of WA's largest home building companies. Based in their Osborne Park office this role would be a great opportunity for a prestart consultant or client liaison officer who is looking to develop their knowledge and further their career with a reputable and successful company.DutiesLiaise with clients from the preliminary signing through the construction phase right through to handoverDeliver exceptional customer service at all timesConducting meetings with the client(s) including prestart meetings, colour selection etcPrepare documentation including construction documents and contractual documentsRaise variationsRegularly communicate with clients in regards to the progression of their build, consulting with them regularly, resolving queries as they ariseUse construction software to track the progress of the buildSkills and experienceExperience in a prestart or client liaison role working for a home building companyImpeccable customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clientsHighly organised with excellent attention to detailTime management skills, the ability to prioritise tasks ad work to deadlinesMS Office skills and exposure to construction softwareThis is a permanent position with a great salary package of $80k plus super.
