Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be involved in exciting and innovative projects, working closely with our clients from the very beginning of their build journey, conducting Prestarts including product and colour selections and supporting clients until they progress into Construction.
About you Success in this role will require strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, along with a collaborative approach to delivering outstanding outcomes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent computer literacy, exceptional organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail. The ability to meet deadlines and perform effectively under pressure is essential.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have prior experience (1yr+) in Prestarts or Contract Administration within a residential building environment. Alternatively, a strong understanding of residential construction, gained through industry experience or building your own home, will be highly regarded.
