Key Responsibilities: Project Manage jobs through the entire administration process as well as liaise with clients during construction.
Conducting initial intro meeting with client.
Assist clients with the materials and colours selection process.
Prepare and organise contractual documentation.
To ensure a maximum level of customer service is delivered to clients.
Raise variations as required and arrange handover meeting.
Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years experience within the same or similar role essential in the Residential or Commercial Building Industry.
High attention to detail.
Personal accountability.
Managing relationships and effective communication skills.
Effective time management and high attention to detail.
