Prestart Consultant / Contract Administrator

Our client is a reputable residential builder known for their award-winning designs and quality construction within the first homebuyers' market. They have made thousands of first homeowners dreams a reality in the last 30+ years! With a continuous busy pipeline of work they are now looking to add to their pre-construction team.
This is a permanent, full-time role and will suit someone who has previous experience in the residential building industry. We are looking for an proactive, organised and thorough individual who likes working in a diverse and busy role.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role within the home building industry is ideal Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members An understanding of Building contracts A keen eye for detail and a passion for design Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
