What we are looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pressure Cleaning & Softwashing Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing pressure cleaning and softwashing services, ensuring our clients receive the best results possible.
Experience in exterior cleaning is preferred, but we are also open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn and enjoys working outdoors.
Key Responsibilities: Perform pressure cleaning and softwashing services on various surfaces, including roofs, driveways, walls, and pool areas. Safely operate pressure washing and softwashing equipment, ensuring all work is performed to high standards. Handle chemicals and cleaning agents safely, especially when performing softwashing techniques. Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service and represent Pressure Plus in a professional and friendly manner. Requirements: Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual vehicle. Must have a valid White Card. Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) tickets are desirable, but we are willing to provide them for the right candidate. Previous experience in pressure cleaning, softwashing, or a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train those with a great attitude. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
