Service Highlights:
Licensed for Small Group: Licenced for 30 children, allowing for quality attention and care.Inclusive and Accessible: Welcoming children aged three to school age, providing an enriching program for all.Traditional Hours: Preschool hours of approximately 8am–4pm, offering a consistent and structured environment.What We're Looking ForQualifications: Must be ECT Qualified.Sound Knowledge of Compliance and Operations: Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and operational best practices to ensure a high-quality, safe learning environment.Passionate and Driven: We're looking for someone deeply committed to quality early childhood education and care.Independent Leader: A self-sufficient professional capable of both independent work and collaborative mentoring.Community-Focused: An educator who values close ties with the community and is enthusiastic about contributing to a nurturing, inclusive environment.Adaptability: Flexible and open to change, responsive to the evolving needs of the service and community. Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards).
In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.
