Role and Responsibilities As our Preschool Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and leadership of our preschool, working closely with educators, families, and community partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
Upholding our commitment to child safety by implementing and maintaining rigorous child protection standards.Leading and mentoring a team of passionate early childhood professionals.Ensuring adherence to our philosophy and guiding educational practices that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).Working in collaboration with families to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all children.Managing compliance and quality assurance in alignment with regulatory requirements.Requirements Minimum Diploma of Children's Services; a Bachelor's Degree in Early Education is preferred.At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position within the early childhood education sector.A valid Working with Children Check and the willingness to undergo a National Police Check.Strong knowledge of child development, child protection practices, and regulatory compliance.A genuine alignment with our centre's values, philosophy, and mission.Why Join Us?
