Mustard Seed Christian Childcare is a not-for-profit provider of early childhood education and care, looking to honour and serve Jesus.
We partner with churches in the mission of spreading the good news of Jesus Christ by being an outreach ministry, and also providing high quality childcare programs in a Christian environment.
We run preschools, long day cares and outside of school hours care.
We are seeking a committed Christian to join our team.

This current position involves a focus on leading and training the team in education excellence, program development, Christian education and community development.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the daily management of the centre, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and sector guidelines.Oversee and implement the Christian curriculum in the centre.Mentor and guide educators to promote professional growth and excellence in teaching practices.Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff in the centre in line with our Christian ethos.Provide leadership and support by floating across various rooms to drive consistency and smooth operations.Oversee the development and implementation of educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).Develop collaborative partnerships with both the immediate and broader community, to build pathways for enrolment and further opportunities for existing children and families.Assist with the completion and management of the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), ensuring ongoing improvements in service delivery and compliance.Maintain high-level compliance with all regulatory requirements, ensuring the centre operates within the standards set by the National Quality Framework.About You: Hold a Diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education.Have proven experience in a leadership role within early childhood education.Possess strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).Be passionate about mentoring and inspiring educators to reach their full potential.Demonstrated experience in Christian education.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a supportive leadership style.Collaborate effectively with the management team to meet goals and maintain high standards of care.What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative working environment.Above-award wages.Onsite parking for convenience.Oversight, guidance and collaboration as part of the management team.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.If you are committed to providing quality education and care to children and want to be part of a thriving team, we would love to hear from you!
