We're looking for a Presales Team Lead with in-depth technical skills across PPC, SEO, Social and UI/UX to work closely with our Sales Team.
This individual will be championing the technical aspects of digital marketing and further educating our team!
Responsibilities, but not limited to: Overseeing a team of Pre-Sale Digital Strategists working across SEO, PPC, Social and UX/UI Overseeing the creation of in-depth PPC, SEO, Social & UX/UI audits for prospective clients to uncover various growth and revenue opportunities Educating the Sales and Pre-Sales teams through various technical training sessions to ensure they have in-depth knowledge of our company's key service lines.
Developing SME & enterprise level digital strategies across SEO, PPC, Social Advertising & content for multinational brands Overseeing and approving the creation of strategies for pitches, including audits and other key analyses Overseeing the creation of upsell & cross-sell digital strategies for our company's key service lines.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis in preparation for strategic ideation Overseeing the creation of case-studies for social proof within sales pitches and cross-sell/up-sells Market research & competitor analysis Training, up-skilling and mentoring the Sales and Pre-Sales team — as well as members across other departments (including SEO, PPC, Social and UX/UI) — to be experts in key service lines while holding high-value, enterprise-level conversations with a broad scope of clients across various industries - e.g.
tech, fashion, beauty, software, finance, retail, construction, health, government, agriculture and energy-based businesses Ensuring client facing marketing collateral is on brand and compliant Working with the Sales team, Head of Presales & Head Of Delivery to streamline in-house processes and maximise client alignment Discovering new and innovative ways to ensure the best results for our company's broad range of clients Requirements Demonstrable knowledge of the key aspects of SEO or integrated marketing campaigns, as well as inbound of multi channel marketing concepts (Udemy DM Bootcamp) 2+ years of experience in digital marketing Knowledge and application of SEO, and Web Analytics tools for data analysis (Basic & Advanced Analytics Certified) Know how to provide findings and relevant recommendations upon all aspects of the OMG technical audit Ability to prioritise and self-manage tasks Possess knowledge of how websites work both from a user perspective and from a search agent's perspective (Udemy Digital Bootcamp) Have satisfied intermediate level skills in the task training schedule and/or other soft/hard skills as defined by management, including but not limited to project management, communication, interpersonal skills Demonstrable practical experience in managing Google Adwords and Facebook accounts High proficiency with Microsoft Excel Familiar with Google AdWords and Bing AdCenter interfaces Familiar with Google AdWords Editor and Bing AdCenter Desktop software Experience planning & implementing integrated campaigns across display, SEM, Social and PPC Strong analytical focus and data interpretation skills, strong use of Google Analytics Excellent communication skills, proactive and autonomous mentality Benefits Work flexibility & hybrid working Paid parental leave Birthday and volunteer leave Ongoing career development and training programs Salary packaging benefits Pet-friendly and vibrant office atmosphere Barista-style coffee and engaging social events ?
