Your Role on the Team:
As a Project Manager with Presale Makeovers, you will be responsible for the end to end management of cosmetic renovations and property improvements prior to homes going to market. You'll need a sharp eye for detail and the ability to forge lasting relationships with agents, home owners and trades. Your mission will be to ensure each project not only meets but exceeds our standards of excellence, thus enhancing property values and ensuring a lucrative return on investment for our clients.
Key responsibilities: Property Value Enhancement : Offering expert advice to elevate homes for swift sales and client satisfaction. Leading Cosmetic Renovations : Steering projects to meet our exacting standards, within budget and on schedule. Fostering Strong Relationships : Developing trust and ensuring outstanding delivery through clear, effective communication. Driving Operational Excellence: Innovating and refining our processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
