Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleCrown offers a dazzling array of gaming options in a vibrant setting, with a team that works together to help guests safely enjoy elevated experiences.The Premium Service Representative will endorse and maintain the department's business objectives by executing all the required compliance, operational and service initiatives inside the Premium Gaming areas.Reporting to the Premium Area Managers, this role will support the Premium Gaming team in meeting its strategic objectives by faithfully following all compliance processes, skilfully performing all operational initiatives, and providing a professional but personable level of exceptional service.In this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:Execute all the core compliance, operational and service initiatives inside the Premium Gaming areas.Facilitate the end-to-end processes of promotions and events as required.Maintain excellence in customer engagement, guest duty of care, and always operate with a 'Service' mindset.Listen, observe, investigate, and resolve customer account issues with a positive attitude and take full responsibility for end-to-end solutions with a focus on guest health.Assist in and coordinate the end-to-end process for prize draws, including receipt of entries, winner selection, reporting, and prize collection.Report on and maintain logs of daily operations within the Premium Gaming areas.About youYou'll bring the following:Extensive and demonstrated customer service experience within the Hospitality industry (Luxury experience preferred).Must have 24/7 availability and be able to work weekends.Ability to adapt and show resilience in a high-demand and technological environment.Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance.Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple priorities in a calm, professional manner.Natural ability to develop relationships with guests and staff members.Proficient computer skills and ability to pick up new systems.Additional InformationThis role requires the availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster as shift start times can be anywhere from 6am - 8pm (10 hour shifts with breaks included).What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
