Let's talk about this role This team provides finance support to the International Students Team through the creation of invoices, collection, processing of premium revenue and producing accurate and timely commission payments.
As the Premium Revenue Coordinator, you will:
Manage client's accounts including arrears, allocations and financial changesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex inquiries involving end to end investigation of policy financial history and provide feedback where requiredFacilitate continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process changes, including testing new systems and providing feedbackProduce, review and action financial and compliance reports within deadlinesProvide support to frontline specialists for policy queries and operational processesPerform Quality Assurance checks on work completed by peersLet's talk about you This position requires a meticulous and detail-oriented professional who excels in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
In this role, your high attention to detail will ensure that every task is completed with precision and thoroughness.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you will engage with various stakeholders, clearly convey ideas, and contribute to collaborative efforts.
Furthermore, we're looking for:
