What you'll do: In your role as an SAP Business Process Consultant, you will provide consultancy services, both onsite and remote, through project engineering, assessment, analysis and safeguarding services, demonstrating excellent knowledge of Premium Engagement Services and in the positioning and delivery of these services.
Your key tasks will include:
Work in collaboration with our customers to thoroughly understand their business scenarios, challenges, and processesEmploy the Signavio Process Intelligence solution, using process concepts and other process analytics techniques, to find areas for process improvementStrong understanding of SAP Fiori/UXWorkload assessments to analyze SAP systems and provide in-depth system utilization insights and propose how to provide greater performance/benefit to customersLead and design tailored process analysis efforts to gain insights into process behaviours and performance optimisation, identifying potential areas for improvementOversee and manage customer engagements from gathering business requirements to the development of process-specific event logs, data models, and analysesActively participate in the team to support the development and growth of the Signavio Process Intelligence expertiseDevelop and share best practices and content for our internal and external communityWhat you bring: To succeed in this role, you should ideally have the following skills and experience:
Over 5 years of pertinent consulting experience ideally from a Premium Engagement background.Comprehensive understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Hire-to-Retire, etc.Experience with SAP ERP systems, data extraction, data analysis, and reportingStrong competency in SQL, database technologies, ETL, and/or programming languages (Java, Python, R, etc.)Understanding of business process optimisation utilising SignavioProficiency in process management concepts, BPMN 2.0 process documentation, BPM technology, and moreExcellent analytical, communication, presentation, and documentation skillsStrong stakeholder management and time management skillsAbility to solve complex problemsExperience in leading a service delivery team and presenting findings.A drive for continuous self-improvement, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a global environmentWillingness to travel for both customer and internal requestsAbility to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesHigh level of customer focusMeet your team: You will form part of our esteemed Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) ANZ team, an organization dedicated to delivering optimal outcomes and experiences for our customers globally via premium advisory, support, and services.
