As the Premium Guest Executive working in our VIP Interstate Sales and Marketing team, you will focus on implementing marketing initiatives to retain and grow The Star's local VIP guests.
Your demonstrated passion for providing excellent guest service and ability to develop and maintain key relationships, will enable you to exceed expectations, promoting guest engagement and increasing visitation to The Star Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will work as a team to support the Vice President Premium Guest in the development and implementation of business plans in addition to identifying new and creative marketing opportunities.
A few of your responsibilities: Managing a dedicated Hosting List of Interstate Gold, Platinum & Diamond membersMeeting individual KPIs regarding sales budget targets and the activation of hosted membersMaintaining and developing strong interpersonal relationships across our propertiesRepresenting The Star at hosted events and promotions both on and off siteManaging member accommodation and restaurant reservations requests and interdivisional travel bookings and RSVPs to events and promotions across our propertiesWhat we are looking for: Prior 2+ years Gaming / VIP Host experiencePrevious Sales / Guest Service experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong commercial understanding and proven ability to develop relationshipsStrong computer, written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a 24/7 environmentAbout you: You are customer focused and passionate about providing excellent guest experiences.
You are empathetic and use your well developed active listening skills to quickly develop rapport and overcome obstacles with confidence and ease.
