Overview
About the role
Our team is growing, and we're hiring multiple entry level Administration Assistants to support our Premium and Credit department within our Workers Compensation team. These opportunities will be fixed term contracts for the duration of 6 months, with opportunities for successful candidates to be considered for ongoing opportunities within our broader organisation upon contract completion.
To be considered, you don't need to have Insurance or Work Cover experience! We are looking for individuals who possess a passion for high-quality customer service, fast learners, and candidates who have previous experience in debt collection, or general administrative roles who are seeking their next challenge.
Training will be provided to our new team members by our highly experienced team of Premium and Credit Experts.
How you'll make an impact
You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following:
Supporting the Premium and Credit teams by responding to incoming customer queries by phone and email, and assisting with Debt Collection Supporting with general Premium administrative duties such as generating letters and formal correspondence, and accurately recording information and documentation relating to Employer's Insurance Premiums Utilising Worksafe and Gallagher Bassett systems and programs for records keeping, file notes and contact notes About you
