The primary purpose of this role is to provide an excellent service to our high-value clients, the core of our business, whilst managing client exposure to reduce business risk to the company.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales and relationship management top performer currently working in a high-revenue client-facing role to join the Premium department and demonstrate their ability to service and enhance our high-value clients.
Role responsibilities: Manage a book of clients, identifying and introducing commercial opportunities in order to maximise the value of these house accounts.Identify new opportunities and source new business through a successful client relationship journey.Over-the-phone trade execution and hedging of client trades through various channels.Provide additional desk support to the Premium team through administrative tasks when required, as well as support for inbound client queries.Maintain accurate and timely records of communications, meetings and business agreements with clients, logging them into client data-based systems.What you'll need to succeed: At least 3 years within a client facing/relationship management role, having demonstrated consistent performance and high value service with an ability to drive new business.Managing HNW clients and key accounts with a proven track record.Previous experience executing client trades in a fast-paced environment is essential.In-depth working knowledge of the Australian CFD and leveraged product industry.If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV at ******.
