Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Premises Project Manager to join the Sydney team.
Reporting to the Head of Premises, you will oversee multiple workplace projects, including significant fit-out projects in Sydney & Brisbane.
You will collaborate closely with internal & external project teams to ensure successful project outcomes, ensuring alignment with MinterEllison's workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project delivery from initiation through to closure, working with external project managers, consultants and landlord representatives to meet construction and fit-out deliverables.Ensure all projects are delivered to the highest quality standard, within scope, in budget and on time.Work with other MinterEllison departments and project teams to ensure scope and inter-dependencies are understood and managed.Ensure project risks and issues are mitigated and managed.Ensure projects have appropriate documentation and governance to adhere to MinterEllison standards and methodologies.Schedule and document meetings.Create and manage detailed project plans and documentation.More About You: Proven experience as a client-side project manager, managing high-end workplace fit-out projects.Demonstrable experience of working on complex, large-scale business transformation projects, across the whole project lifecycle including scoping, scheduling, costing, change, quality, risk and project closure.Strong financial management and commercial awareness.Advanced organizational, influencing, and multitasking skills, with high initiative and independent judgment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in workplace and construction matters.Experience collaborating with Change and Communications teams for effective stakeholder and impact analysis.Excellent relationship management, planning, and prioritization skills, able to meet challenging deadlines.Self-motivated, quick to grasp new concepts, and able to maintain confidentiality.Resilient, committed to excellence, and willing to travel as needed.Why MinterEllison: We offer flexible working options to encourage balance, wellbeing and support for sustainable ways of working and a range of social, financial and health benefits, including free gym membership - all with no minimum tenure.
