About the Role:
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team based in Brisbane.
This position is vital in coordinating the activities of a range of high level administrative and operational functions.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will provide executive support to the Executive Leadership team, ensuring strong business support is maintained across the organisation.
The Executive Assistant frequently holds responsibilities of a sensitive and confidential nature.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of diary and travel for the Managing Director, and Chief Operations Officer; Assists Company Secretary with administrative functions relating to shareholder and/or board matters; Provide general administrative and organisational support to the Executive Leadership Team; Preparation and formatting of reports, letters and documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy; Coordination of events such as conferences, sponsorships and workshops; Coordination of event attendance of the Board/Executives including travel and logistics; Any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Managing Director or members of the Board for Board related matters.
Required Skills:
10+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant role.
Strong people skills and the ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
Can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while driving toward clarity and solutions.
Strong attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills and solutions focus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
High level proficiency in MS Office.
Experience and Qualifications:
10+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant role.
Strong Proficiency in MS Office Suite packages.
Company Secretary experience/qualifications (ideal).
