As the Director of the Stakeholder Engagement team, you'll be responsible for driving the Premier's Department communication strategy, managing high-profile campaigns, and ensuring seamless execution. This role is available following Machinery of Government changes and is pivotal in connecting Government initiatives with diverse stakeholders, including Ministerial offices, media, and the broader community, while supporting a range of digital platforms.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with quick turnarounds and competing priorities, managing a wide variety of tasks across social media and traditional communications channels.

Excels in Multitasking: You have a demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and deliver communication strategies across multiple platforms simultaneously.Ministerial Liaison Experience: You have proven experience working with Ministers or senior executives, navigating political sensitivities, and communications for government offices.Communicate Effectively: You have advanced communication skills and can develop integrated, strategic communications that promote understanding and align stakeholders with government policies and initiatives.Results-Driven: You have experience implementing and evaluating marketing and communications strategies, ensuring customer-focused outcomes and continuous improvements.Demonstrate Leadership and Integrity: You consistently act with integrity and have advanced people management skills, leading teams to foster innovation, diversity, and high performance.Leads Digital Strategies: You have experience developing and leading digital strategies across social media, websites, and content platforms to deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely communications.How to apply
