About the Role Due to unprecedented customer demand and business growth, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced person to join the Operations team in our Newcastle depot based in Thornton. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the overall objective of this role is to assist in the running of the Newcastle region operations for PremiAir Services, and as one of the Operations personnel, you will be required to work across all areas of the business.
Duties Data entering of contracts and purchase ordersProcess contracts, delivery, and collection notesDrive operational processes to ensure availability and timely delivery of equipment to customer sitesCustomer invoicingVarious administrative functions carried out with a high attention to detailEnsure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all timesArranging transport and logistics movementsSkills and Experience You must be highly motivated, well-organized, and a positive thinker.
