The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a Manager to lead our client's Business Services team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Partners, Directors, fellow Managers, Accountants, and support staff across the division to deliver various taxation, financial, and business advisory services.
You will have the chance to engage with a diverse and fascinating client base. You will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of passionate Accountants, fostering an environment of professional growth, skill enhancement, and technical proficiency.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will be a motivated and passionate professional who is eager to implement their skills and knowledge to lead and contribute to complex accounting and taxation engagements. You will have a willingness to listen and learn while having exceptional written and verbal communication skills. In addition, the successful candidate will have the following:
A Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce or equivalent. Eligibility for, or currently completing/completed a CA or CPA qualification. Previous experience serving as a consistent point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Previous experience providing leadership and mentorship to a talented team of accounting professionals. 3+ years' experience in compliance matters including preparation of financial statements & income tax returns, BAS, IAS, FBT. Excellent technical knowledge and refined taxation accounting skills, with a solution-focused accounting mindset. Public practice tax accounting experience working with medium to large clients is preferred. Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of Australian taxation laws and regulations. Strong work ethic and dedicated to grow professionally in your accounting career. Ability to learn accounting specific software and willingness to embrace new technology. Self-starter with a proactive and detail-oriented approach. Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented approach. The right to work in Australia including Working Holiday Visa's should you hold a recognized Accounting qualification with experience working in a professional accounting firm. To Apply
