Are you seeking a role as an Archiving & Records Management Officer to assist with a critical short-term project? This temporary role, lasting 2 to 4 weeks, requires a professional who can hit the ground running to organize, catalog, and manage records effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Organize and archive records in accordance with organizational policies and relevant standards. Ensure accuracy and completeness of records for seamless accessibility. Develop and maintain a comprehensive records inventory. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and classify documentation. Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity. About You
The successful applicant should demonstrate:
Proven experience in archiving and records management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in records management systems and software. Knowledge of compliance standards and records retention policies. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. To Apply
