The role As our Pre-School Field Officer (Team Leader), you'll be leading and delivering high-quality support and resources to Early Childhood Educators in Pre-schools and Kindergartens throughout the region.
Build collaborative relationships with Child & Family Services by actively participating in and contributing to the Team Around the Child framework of providing support for children & families.

Your Experience To be eligible for this role, a tertiary qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is required. Qualifications in Special Education would be an advantage.
Skills and experience in leading, supervising and supporting staff to deliver quality programs and high-level service.
Your knowledge of child development from 0-6 years of age, including experience with children who have additional needs, and a comprehensive understanding of early childhood principles will be invaluable in this role.
Your hands-on experience involving the successful implementation of inclusive practices, collaboration with special education professionals and fostering an environment that promotes the well-being and development of every child will be essential assets.
