As the Director and Nominated Supervisor, you would oversee the operations of the service, lead, guide, and support a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA)NESA AccreditationCurrent NSW Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificateChild protection trainingA high level of knowledge of the National Quality Standards, the National Regulations, and the Early Years Learning FrameworkDemonstrated experience as a Director or in a similar leadership capacity within an early childhood settingKey Responsibilities:The daily management of the pre-school, including staff, facilities, programs, policies, and proceduresProviding inspiring and caring leadership and management to teachers, educators, and staff regarding all aspects of the operation of the pre-school in line with relevant regulations, policies, and proceduresOverseeing financial operations and management of the preschool, presenting budgets and reports to the Committee of ManagementDeveloping collaborative relationships with children, families, and the local communityEnsuring the preschool is compliant with relevant laws and educational frameworks governing early childhood education and care, including the EYLF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Law and RegulationsMaintaining the preschool's self-assessment, quality improvement plan, as well as updating policies and procedures as requiredManaging enrolments and waitlists along with our Administration AssistantMaintaining effective communication channels with key stakeholders including families, staff, Committee, local service providers, and the wider communityTo Apply:Email your resume and cover letter addressing the Essential Criteria and Key Responsibilities to ****** by Friday 1st November 2024.
