Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Sales teams, acting as the liaison between Sales and Tech teams.Conduct technical discovery, design customized solutions, lead product demos, and manage Proof of Value (PoV) to demonstrate platform value from pre-sales through to pilot management.Oversee pilot technical setup, integration, and customization to ensure the platform meets customer needs.Manage the handover to the Customer Success team, providing necessary documentation, context, and post-sales support.Provide technical insights, assist with customized solutions, and capture customer feedback to offer actionable insights to the Product team.Track pilot success metrics to maximize customer value and improve overall performance.What You Bring to the Table: Expertise in system integrations and API functionalityBackground as a solution engineer, solution architect, or pre-sales engineerProficiency in SQL, data integration tools, and cloud platforms4+ years of experience in solution and sales engineeringBonus: Industry experience in electricity, utilities, or energy technologiesConfidence in deploying technical solutions and communicating them to non-technical audiencesApply directly or send your application through to Nidhi at ****** for a confidential conversation.
