Pre Sales Solution Architect

Triskele Labs are one of the leading providers of cybersecurity services in Australia. We assist clients to reduce their risk of a cyber compromise through the delivery of risk considered controls.
The Pre Sales Solution Architect will work closely with the commercial team to ensure appropriate solutions are being developed to meet client needs. This will be across Advisory, Offensive and Defensive solutions. The Solutions Architect will have a focus on technology solutions, rather than widgets. You will be responsible for working with the commercial team on new prospects as well as existing customers to ensure their needs are met.
Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales and business success. You will work closely with our growing team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers. This role will work with the commercial team to scope projects, build solutions for clients and ensure appropriate details are captured to ensure we are delivering quality. This is a highly technical role, and an intimate knowledge of cybersecurity services is crucial.
Specific activities, duties and deliverables include but are not limited to the following:
Support commercial team with solution selling into prospect account baseRun client SOC presentations from a technical perspectiveUndertake Penetration Testing scoping with clients at a technical levelWork with clients to understand Advisory needs around risk assessments, strategy development and other GRC effortsAct as the technical stakeholder during Incident Response commercial discussions - including Incident Response Plans, Playbooks and WargamesPartner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cyclesSuccessfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutionsCreate and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value propositionManage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responsesOther tasks as requiredProven experience in a client facing roleProven track record as a technical security expertAbility to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executivesAbility to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand mannerSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in cybersecurityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation and creativity skillsWillingness to travelProactively look for new areas to learnExcellent personal presentation, suitable for a professional environmentGreat written and verbal communication skillsCapability to go the extra mile for customers to deliver on their needsUnderstanding of other cultures and beliefs systems to function as part of a teamTeam culture is everything to Triskele Labs and it is the reason we exist.
