About the Job As a Mandiant Consulting Business Agreements Support Specialist, you will contribute and support an operations team that maintains operational excellence and provides key metrics for Mandiant's consulting practice. You will gain experience in customer-facing roles, agreement negotiation, consulting/professional services operations, using Salesforce, reporting, analytics, and governance.
Responsibilities Support pre-sales activities for the Mandiant Consulting organization, including creating Statement Of Work (SOW) and other agreement documents, assisting with gathering information for customer onboarding requirements, working with sales and consultants to resolve pricing/scoping issues, and liaising with customers and partners in negotiations. Assist with governance related activities that help the consulting organization become more efficient. Identify process or system improvements, work with management and other teams to implement recommended changes.
