The Presales Architect will play a pivotal role in our sales process, working closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities.
You will be responsible for delivering technical expertise, creating detailed scopes of work (SOW), and ensuring seamless handovers to the project team for successful implementation.
This role requires a blend of technical acumen, customer engagement, and strategic thinking to help shape solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesPresales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements, provide technical consultations, and design IT solutions that align with their business needs.Solution Design: Architect IT solutions encompassing a range of technologies, including cloud services, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, telephony, and managed services.Proposal Design: Work with the sales team to build proposal documents that outline the suggested solution and show the value and benefits to our clients.Scope of Work Creation: Develop detailed Scope of Work documents to accompany a proposal, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and feasibility of the proposed solutions for the internal project delivery team.Technical Presentations: Deliver engaging technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.Client Engagement: Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, addressing technical queries, conducting discovery workshops, and ensuring client satisfaction.Project Handover: Provide comprehensive handovers to the project delivery team, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the client's requirements and the proposed solution.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.Key RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 8 years in a technical presales or solution architecture role within the IT industry, ideally within an MSP or similar environment.Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services (Private Cloud & Public Cloud; Azure, AWS), networking, cybersecurity, and managed services.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.Problem-Solving: Demonstrated experience in designing and proposing solutions that solve client pain points while aligning with their strategic goals.Project Documentation: Proven ability to create detailed scopes of work (SOW), proposals, and other technical documentation.Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA/CCNP) are highly desirable.Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach, and a proactive attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
