About the role:
As a Preowned Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for showcasing our impressive range of preowned Mercedes-Benz vehicles to our esteemed customers.
Your main duties will include: Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, providing detailed product information and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate the features and benefits of our pre-owned vehicles to potential buyers, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Collaborating closely with our finance and insurance teams to offer customers tailored financing options and additional products, maximising sales potential.
Manage and update customer information in our CRM system, ensuring accurate records and efficient follow-up.

Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in automotive pre-owned sales, preferably in the luxury vehicle market.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Ability to think outside of the square A valid driver's license.
