You will have high trust and responsibility for the dealership and, more importantly, for our most valued clients. Actively following up on customer queries and anticipating their needs.Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products.Drive sales, upsell and meet monthly KPI targets.Maintain data history on our software system.Delivering vehicles.Providing post-delivery support.Demonstrating our values and supporting behaviours.This is an excellent opportunity to bring your prestige automotive knowledge and passion for all things 'Luxury', allowing you to make your mark with our high-performing Mercedes-Benz dealership.Who are we looking for?Pre-owned sales experience in a dealership environmentLuxury brand exposure (preferred)Ability to work under pressure, joining a high-performing dealershipProven track record in developing client relationships and meeting targetsPassion and desire to create your successStrong communication skills (both written and verbal), along with PC and admin skills.Attention to detail is vital to your success, as you must maintain high standards and the expectations of our customers and guests.Ability to think outside the box whilst being quick on your feet.Our amazing benefits.Industry-leading salary package of $200,000 plus a fully maintained vehicle.
