Pre-Employment Trainer

Key Institute is an innovative leader in the vocational training sector, committed to empowering students with real skills and valuable training. 
We are ready to employ a casual / contract Trainer/Assessor to support projects we have scheduled in QLD. We have an immediate need for a trainer with COMMERCIAL CLEANING experience. 
The training involves delivering 2 Certificate II units of competency over a 1-week program. The programs include theory, practical activities, and the potential of a work experience/practice day. 
This role is a perfect opportunity for someone to give back to the industry by upskilling the employees of tomorrow. 
To be successful you must have:
Current Training and Assessing Qualification:
TAE40110 + Upgrade units, or TAE40116 or equivalent, and Relevant industry experience and preferably holding industry qualifications. Confidence to deliver engaging face-to-face training 
Ability to engage, motivate job seekers
Outstanding communication skills and a passion to make a difference in people lives.
The primary skillset we are recruiting is CLEANING OPERATIONS, as we have multiple courses scheduled.
