About The Role The role of Pre-Construction Manager is to ensure that our team's projects are correctly positioned for success during the sales process, prior to the construction phase commencing.
Here are some examples of what you'll do Oversee contracts, approvals and resourcing (workflow & capacity)Maintain client relationships and delivering positive client experiencesManage client expectations on budget, program, design and qualityLiaise with Subcontractors, Estimators, Services Installation and Construction teamsDevelop and maintain relationships with additional key groups including the project Consultant Team, Administrators & Site ManagersManage workflow, including work scheduling, document control protocols, cost control and HSEQ site set upProviding construction and financial project updates and reporting against agreed budgets/ forecastHere is what will make you ideal for the role A minimum of 3 years Project Management experience, preferably with a Design and Construct CompanyIdeally workspace fit-out experienceWorking knowledge of IT Systems such as Word, Excel, MS Project and ideally Viewpoint an ERP management tool (e.g.
