As a key member of the Patient Services team, you will provide high-quality customer service to patients through phlebotomy, specimen collection, and management.
Your expertise in the pre-analytical stage will ensure quality specimens for testing, supporting accurate and timely diagnoses and treatments.
You will also be responsible for data entry using Laboratory Information Systems and contributing to the overall efficiency of pathology services.This role requires a strong sense of duty and accountability, with the ability to handle complex situations and make confident decisions.
You will bring a depth of understanding to your area of practice and take ownership of your work, including the supervision and training of staff where applicable.
