The Regional Parenting program aims to promote the wellbeing and healthy development of children and young people aged from birth to 18 years by supporting parents/carers to develop their parenting skills and confidence and to respond positively to parenting challenges. The Regional Parenting program provides group programs and one-on-one education to assist parents develop strong parenting skills and strategies.
The program works alongside parents to increase confidence and support parents to feel more secure about their parenting to better support their children.
The program delivers high quality evidence-based educational group work and individual support to parents/carers, and children to support them through the challenges and transitions of family life by:
teaching methods for dealing with challenging behaviours in children and teenagersbuilding confidence in parentingdeveloping and consolidating skills in listening to and connecting with children and teenagersunderstanding what their children need from themIf you have the below skills & experience - we would love to hear from you!
