About the Position We are looking to welcome a Practice Supervisor to oversee the practice of a small team who provide early intervention and case management services to families. Full time position. Level 6 under the SCHCADS Award. Salary range is $106,390– $111,093 + Superannuation. Government funded until 31 December 2026 with possible extension. Key Responsibilities: Lead the professional practice of your team. Manage a restricted caseload which involves delivering our family case-management program to families. Be an active consultant in your area of expertise. Regularly attend and participate in case consultations and reviews. Minimum Qualifications: A tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (allied health, social work, human services). At least 5 years' experience providing case-management and therapeutic services in a child protection framework. Relevant experience leading and supervising team members in similar practice related positions. Cultural awareness and an understanding of how to communicate and work effectively with families from different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Other Requirements Eligibility for a Working with Children Check or professional exemption. Legally able to work in Australia (proof of eligibility will be requested).
