Practice Receptionist - Central Coast Toukley and Tuggerah Based Commitment to Ongoing Training & Development Growing Diagnostic Imaging Company | Investment in Latest Technology About Us PRP Diagnostic Imaging offers a comprehensive range of imaging services, through a network of 34 practices across Sydney, Illawarra, Central Coast, and the Hunter and Central West. Due to continued business growth and investment, additional practices will be opening in 2024. At PRP, we are committed to providing the highest quality of patient care, with a personal touch. About the Position You will be required to work at all our Central Coast sites including the Contact Centre at Tuggerah. Our Central Coast practices offer a wide range of imaging services including CT, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Ultrasound, and X-Ray. You will be responsible for managing the important first contact with our patients both in person and over the phone. You will provide exceptional customer service and administration. You will ensure that all information that is data entered and reviewed is accurate and work closely with our medical teams to ensure the smooth transition of patients from first call to procedure. You will complete all billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors, and operate our booking system.
We make significant investment in your success by providing extensive initial and ongoing training and support so that you can successfully deliver against your KPIs and feel empowered to identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes.
About You You must have an outstanding customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with regards to compassion and empathy. You must be able to multitask and possess the ability to work as part of a cohesive team. You will be ambitious and thrive in an environment where you will be challenged. You must be knowledgeable in MS Office and be accustomed to entering complex data into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances.
