About the Position Working across our Hunter practices that offer a wide range of imaging services including CT, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, MRI, Ultrasound and X-Ray, you will be responsible for managing the important first contact with our patients both in person and over the phone.
You will also be required to work at our Contact Centre in Charlestown.
You will provide exceptional customer service and administration.
You will ensure that all information that is data entered and reviewed is accurate and work closely with our medical teams to ensure the smooth transition of patients from first call to procedure.
You will complete all billing and invoicing for our patients, liaise with referring doctors and operate our booking system.
We make significant investment in your success by providing extensive initial and ongoing training and support so that you can successfully deliver against your KPI's and so you feel empowered to identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes.
You will play an integral role in further developing the positive culture in the contact centre and will help the Team Leads to achieve the goal of driving efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.
You will also be based at one of our practices at least once a month, to experience firsthand the work that is completed onsite.
About You You must have outstanding customer services background with excellent interpersonal skills particularly with regards to compassion and empathy.
You will be knowledgeable in MS Office and be accustomed to entering complex data into a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances.
You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task in busy environment.
You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously.
