We have an exciting opportunity for a Neurodiversity Practitioner to join our team at HMP Stocken, a category C prison located in Rutland .
Practice Plus Group seeks a Neurodiversity Specialist with a passion for neurodiversity, learning disabilities, neurology, and complex care.
This role offers the opportunity for wide-ranging development working as part of an Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT) within a Trauma Informed Care Approach.
Hours : The site currently offers a flexible work pattern between Monday-Sunday, 7.5 hour days (days to be discussed with the successful candidate).
Salary : This position is full time, with an annual salary up to £47,466 per annum - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing As a Neurodiversity Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
Providing direct and/or indirect support for those presenting with neurodiversity/learning difficulties Supporting individuals with long-term neurological conditions such as Alzheimer's and/or Dementia and assisting the IMHT with training in relevant areas Being a lynchpin in the team, making a significant difference to our prisoners' quality of life What we'll look for in you The Health in Justice team at Practice Plus Group makes a real difference across over 53 prisons, young offenders, and immigration removal centres.

You will be a qualified RMN/RNLD and hold a current NMC registration You will be responsible for assessment, care coordination, and triage of complex care; supporting the management of complex prisoners who may have social or environmental needs You will have responsibility for care quality performance and clinical activity by providing professional clinical leadership and guidance, clinical advice, and management.
