The Opportunity50% focus on operational needs including: Running weekly team meetingsMonitoring firm wide metrics including workflow/WIP, productivity and targetsLeading special projects including practice and process improvementTeam member reviewsIdentify systems issues and improvements required50% client work including: Managing and growing a portfolio of clientsTaking on new clients as they come into the businessEnsuring jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlinesBeing involved in high level client work (small percentage of "hands-on" tax work) with a focus on onboarding and advisory work.Full advisory work and present in client meetingsThis firm has a waitlist of new clients due to their reputation and over time there will be opportunities for the right candidate to move into a Partnership role for the firm OR remain at Senior Manager level with the added benefit of work-life balance.
