This role involves working closely with GPs and other healthcare workers to assist in delivering high level primary care to our patients. Responsibilities:Health assessments and chronic disease management plansCold chain management and infection controlPatient triage, wound management and assisting with minor proceduresManaging recall and reminder system; clinical data management; accreditation complianceProven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skillsA caring and collaborative approach to patient careCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseWorking with Children CheckCurrent CPR certificateDesirable but not essential criteria:Experience using Best Practice software Experience in chronic disease management Safe, respectful and inclusive workplace environment Your application will include the following questions: Are you currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?
