Practice Nurse (Rn/Een)

We are looking for a dynamic, well-organised and experienced General Practice Nurse (RN) and (EN).
The nurse will work within the scope of the practice and be responsible for treatment room, providing patient-centred care, cultural understanding and holistic methods to all patients.
The nurse will provide high-quality care, compassion, multidisciplinary knowledge and be willing to upskill and learn on the job.
The Role: Casual/Part-timeAward wageQualifications: Registration Nurse: Bachelor of Nursing, current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)Endorsed Enrolled Nurse: Certificate IV or Diploma of Nursing with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)Computer skills with Windows, MS Office and patient database softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary teamTime management and ability to prioritise tasksWound care and treatment room proceduresRecall and reminder managementOHS/WHSManaging immunisation databases and recalls and remindersExperience with Best Practice or other medical softwareExperience in GPMP/TCA, care planning and CDM.All applicants will have an understanding of relevant standards and legislative requirements according to general medical practices, accreditation standards and privacy and confidentiality laws.
