Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and empower the nursing team to consistently deliver high-quality care.Ensure clinical governance and full compliance with the latest healthcare standards.Collaborate closely with GPs and allied health professionals to enhance patient outcomes.Implement and uphold robust infection control protocols and comprehensive safety measures.Conduct clinical assessments and oversee the planning and execution of wound care strategies.Provide triage, health monitoring, and manage chronic disease care plans (CDM) efficiently.Key Requirements:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).Demonstrated leadership or management experience.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Certified Nurse Immuniser.What's on Offer:Permanent, full-time position, reporting to Regional Practice Manager.Working days Mon to Fri and no more night shifts!Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.To apply or to have a confidential discussion, please contact Pooja Subedi.Phone: Email:
