Practice Nurse

PRACTICE NURSE
Cambourne Clinic is currently seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our well established practice in Warrnambool. This is a part-time / casual role for two days a week along with your ability to cover leave.
The candidate will have a strong focus on high quality care and be an integral part of our friendly and dynamic team. The candidate must have excellent professional verbal and written communication skills with a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
Current CPR
Degree Level qualification in nursing along with AHPRA registration
Current Immunisation certificate (or willing to complete)

In addition to these requirements, you will:
Have good computer skills
Demonstrate attention to detail and follow through.
Ability to Triage and maintain a high level of confidentiality

Duties covering all aspects of General Practice Nursing, including: Managing phone call triage and booking patient appointments Immunisations
Wound care and management ECGs and spirometry
Iron infusions
Assisting GPs with minor procedures
Managing recall and reminder systems
Health promotions and patient education
Control and management of supplies and consumables and stocking of rooms
Infection control / cold chain management/ Sterilising
