Practice Nurse

Burnett Medical Centre is a modern General Practice with a strong focus on family and preventative health care.We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team.Working with the team of doctors and nurses, you will practice a wide variety of clinical work, including adult and childhood immunisations, triage of emergencies, minor procedures, wound care, ECGs, spirometry, patient education, health assessments, and chronic disease management.
To keep the role diverse, these are dual roles of both treatment room nurse and Enhanced Primary Care nurse (strong documentation and patient-focused health care goals essential).
Key Responsibilities:Current AHPRA registration.Experience in GP treatment room is desired.Strong documentation skills are required as part of the Enhanced Primary Care Plans nurse role.Teamwork and flexibility in the role is essential.The current team of nurses will provide comprehensive training, and you will join a workplace that is of a very high standard.Our team of dedicated health professionals and support staff are looking forward to welcoming a new team member.
General Practice experience is highly desirable.
