Practice Nurse / Care Planning Nurse

The Investigator Clinic is seeking 2 Enrolled or Registered Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team.The Investigator Clinic is an accredited medical practice that has a large patient base with 10 doctors, supported by nursing and administration staff.You would be responsible for the delivery of quality patient care with a diverse range of duties, which include but are not limited to:Chronic Disease Management / Care PlanningAged Health AssessmentsHigh Quality Patient CareImmunisationsWound careAssist with Skin Cancer ClinicExperience in General Practice will be highly regarded, but not essential.Hours: Contract - Part-time 16-32 hours per week (hours may be negotiated for the right candidate).Salary: Above award rate to be negotiated dependant on skills and experience.Award: Nurses Award 2023.The ideal candidate would be available to work additional hours when required and work until late on a rostered basis.Please submit your application and a copy of your current CV to:PO Box 1642Port Lincoln SA 5606
