$41.17 to $50.68 per hour About the Role Stawell Medical Centre has a vacancy for a Registered Nurse to join our team in a casual capacity.
The purpose of this role is to ensure a smooth and efficiently functioning practice, in addition to providing an exceptional standard of care to our patients Key Responsibilities Administer immunisations, injections, wound care, and pathology testing.
Assist with chronic disease management (care plans), women's health screenings, support doctors with procedures, Maintain accurate clinical documentation and assist with clinical procedures.
Coordinate patient care, liaise with providers, and promote health education.
Ensure infection control processes are followed and maintain clinical equipment and supplies.
Skills & Experience Current AHRPA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Desired competency in the use of Best Practice, Spirometry, 12 Lead ECG, and Immunisation Certification.
Ability to meet duty of care, ensure accurate documentation, and respond to unsafe practices.
Demonstrated knowledge of, and compliance with, all relevant legislation and common law obligations affecting nursing.
Excellent communication skills with all patient demographics while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
