Tell me more...The Practice Manager is responsible for supporting the Primary Health Care Accreditation Project to ensure the delivery of quality clinical and non-clinical care, across eligible Northern and Southern Primary Health Care Centres.
To be successful in this role you will have: Demonstrated experience in managing information systems providing reports and information in a clinical setting.Demonstrated experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and achieving stated.Ensures compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols, legislation and guidlines.Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in the delivery of a high quality, culturally competent services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island people, preferably in a health environment.If this sounds like the right fit for you, Torres and Cape can offer you: Base comprising salary between $4,516.20 - $4,837.70 per fortnight Generous employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%)Salary packaging option to increase your take home payWork / Life balance, variety and flexibilityGreat support teamRequirements for the role: This position may require the incumbent to operate a 'C' Class Drivers Licence. An appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required. Proof of this endorsement must be provided before commencement of duty.Travel across the TCHHS may be a requirement of this position in commercial and/or light aircraft and 4WD vehicles.Pre-employment screening, including criminal history and discipline history checks, will be undertaken on persons recommended for employment.
