They are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a full-time Retail Practice Manager in Ararat. Benefits: Well above award salary package, up to $65K plus Super Ongoing training and development Willing to sponsor qualified applicants to obtain a skilled visa KPI bonuses - up to $800 per month Relocation Expenses - negotiable if required No late nights No weekends Job Responsibilities: Perform all lifestyle dispensing duties to the highest standard. Analyse and resolve quality & customer service problems. Perform administrative duties to the highest standard. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance by your team of systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards, and report any identified issues to your manager. Coach, counsel and performance manage employees. Leading the team with a positive, can-do attitude, giving direction and advice, delegating and supervising workflow and assigned tasks. Lead by example through consistently demonstrating the company values, to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing ideal, or an experienced Optical Assistant. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour. Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and is able to remain calm under pressure. Demonstrates a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Good computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. What's in it for you?
