As a Practice Manager at St Mary's Veterinary Surgery, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the practice. Your responsibilities include actively implementing and advancing our overall strategy aligned with the company's vision. Leading the financial performance alongside your practice leadership team, you will work towards achieving targets.
This multifaceted role covers aspects of practice management, including HR, finance, payroll, and H&S. Effective leadership skills are crucial to inspire the team, uphold our elevated practice standards, ensure seamless operations, and foster positive client relations. The role offers flexibility with the option to split hours across 4 or 5 days, accommodating various shift patterns. Weekend work is only required as necessary, with no out-of-hours commitments.
