Practice Manager PRACTICE MANAGER About the Role: We are looking for a motivated, honest and hard-working Practice Manager with a wide scope of experience and skills to assist in the day to day running of the medical practice, oversee staff and grow the business.
The Role: Award wage Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in same or similar role The Practice Manager will have:
Great personality Good communication skills with a flair for conflict resolution Confident management style akin to the health industry A knowledge of HR practices Ability to train staff and ensure ongoing upskilling and training Medicare item number and process understanding Able to work as part of a team Confidence in dealing with stakeholders Experience with medical software. Best Practice experience is an advantage. Experience with MS Office. Experience with General Practice Accreditation. Must have current car licence.
